Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and typically shipped out within 1-2 business days. Please allow 7 business days for your delivery to arrive. It is our goal as a company to get our games to your door as efficiently as possible. In order to accomplish this we will use our own discretion in choosing shipping carriers for delivery: USPS, UPS and FedEx.


Shipping (Alaska and Hawaii)

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will have a higher charge for deliveries. Until hovercrafts are adopted by shipping companies, driving delivery trucks over water will continue to be slightly more difficult.


Shipping (International)

While we currently don’t offer shipping for products internationally on our site, please contact us if you live outside the United States and we will do our best to accommodate you.


Returns/Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we can only offer a refund if the game is still in the wrapped/unopened condition in which it was shipped, or if there are missing pieces. If an incorrect product was shipped to you, please email us (contact@fnbsthegame.com) a request within 30 days from the date of purchase. Once the request has been approved, you will receive a full refund (to the original payment method) for the entire order and a shipping label will be sent to you to return the game.


Sales Policy

FN BS Co reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, prices, sales/return/shipping and privacy policies at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
